Week 37

Hudson is continuing to be a lot of fun! We found last Saturday that he has a tooth!! =) It is still just peeking through the bottom gum, but we are also thinking that he is working on the second one on the bottom because he's been fussy again and chewing on things even more (if that is possible!!). He's taken to doing some biting and "chewing" with his tooth, and so a lot more of his food comes out of his mouth. So he's quite a messy eater these days!

Several times this week he has also balanced himself and stood for about 20-30 seconds without holding on to anything! He seemed a bit unsure and unsteady but also pretty proud of himself. =) He is standing more and more, but still is not doing much "cruising." He seems to move a bit if he can reach with his hands, and then follows with his feet.

On Friday when Jason came home from school Hudson crawled right over to him and sat up and clapped his hands! It was adorable, and Daddy loved it!! =)

Today, I left him in the pack n play when I was getting ready and Jason was doing some work. At one point Jason looked over at him, and realized that Hudson was without any pants! We aren't too sure how he did it, but his pants were a bit too big...Here's the proud boy:

Some friends from church gave us a little ride-on car for Hudson to play with--if you remember the one he fell off of and split his lip a few weeks ago. He's really started to enjoy it and likes pushing the buttons and making it play all its various sounds. He also enjoys being "driven" around in it and doing some sitting on it. Here's a few pictures of him on it today. He was in a very serious mood =).
