We officially...

...Connecticut residents.

Last Thursday Jason & I braved the CT DMV, even after I had a horrible experience there just two days prior. We knew that it was past time for us to get our car registered and get our CT drivers licenses....

So 2.5 hours & hundreds of dollars later, we emerged with 2 CT licenses, 2 CT license plates (or tags as they call them here), and our official registration sticker. Let's just say that we really miss the NY DMV.

I still have to do a double take everytime I really look at our car and see the new plates. But I know that this is a good step towards really thinking that CT is our new home.
