On the road again!

Last weekend we traveled to Harrisburg and met up with Jason's mom and sisters and then headed down to Lynchburg, Virginia for a cousin Jared's wedding. We had a great time with family and enjoyed the get away. Hudson did really well on the road, and overall well at the wedding. He was a huge hit in his very dapper tie, vest and black pants =) He was fussy at the reception, but we figured out we had forgotten to give him his Zantac for the past day or so =( So once he got that back in his system he was all smiles again!

We drove strait to Grandma's work and surprised her. Hudson was all smiles and put on a great show!

We also surprised Grandpa at his work. It was nice to see him too!

We also HAD to stop in to Chick-fil-a to see Aunt Heather at work and to eat dinner! Aunt Heidi and Grandma joined us...

Here is our happy little traveler...he really enjoyed being entertained by his aunts and grandma instead of just his mommy.

After Hudson's rough introduction to swimming at the beach, we decided to try out the pool at the hotel! We went early in the morning (7:30) and were the only people there and Hudson seemed to like it!

It was nice to be able to see more of Jason's family--some of which I had never met before or just seen briefly at our wedding. Here's Hudson with his Great Aunt Beth

While we were in Virginia Hudson decided that he wanted to start flipping over to sleep on his tummy. We still always put him down on his back, but most of the time now he turns to his tummy....check out that drool!

After the wedding we dressed down and Hudson changed into his "other" tie...and loved to be held by Aunt Heather. We didn't get any pictures of it but we enjoyed seeing Liberty University where Aunt Heather will be going in less than a month!

When we got back to Harrisburg, we were glad that Great Grandma and Grandpa could come over and see Hudson!

We enjoyed our trip, but as always it is nice to come home...it was a LONG trip home but we made it...I think our trip really wore Hudson out! ;-)
