Exploring & Crawling--6 months

One of Hudson's favorite ways to get to a sitting position, and initially how he crawled!

The leaves from his jungle are tasty ;-)

Once he started crawling we broke out a toy basket.
Lounging with Daddy

Chilling out while watching Jeopardy--a family event =)

Chewing on a sock--a favorite object

He's started trying to pick up small objects with his "pincer fingers"

Hudson is generally a very happy boy. Towards the end of September he began to be more fussy and his spit-up significantly increased. We took him to the doctor, and they increased his dose of Zantac. It didn't seem to work initially, but Hudson did seem better about a week later. He still spits up a lot, but it doesn't seem to bother him as much.

At his 6 month check up he weighed 20lbs 7 oz (85th percentile) and was measured at 27.75 inches (~80th percentile). He is eating rice cereal twice a day. He is enjoying applesauce and is getting used to eating green beans, butternut squash, and sweet potatoes. He is spitting out the veggies less each time he tries them! ;-).
